We are aware of the judgment handed down on the case of Ms B Hutchinson and others v County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust.
The judgment is over 100 pages long, so it will take time to assess what this means for UNISON.
UNISON policy remains the same and the union stands by its beliefs in the rights of our trans, non-binary and gender diverse members.
